  • Sonic Condominiums is a 2 story tower development coming to the intersection of Eglinton East and Don Mills. Sonic will consist of a 28 storey tower designed by architectural firm Page + Steele IBI Group Architects offering 320 suites designed by celebrated interior design firm Union31.

  • SuperSonic Condominiums is the community's second phase. Rising from a three-storey podium shared with the first phase, SuperSonic will rise 30 storeys. Designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects, SuperSonic offers 299 suites in layouts including 1 bedroom + den units (some offering 2 bathrooms) starting at 613 ft², 2-bedroom units starting at 651 ft², and 3-bedroom suites starting at 941 ft². All of SuperSonic's units will offer private balconies, terraces or patios.

  • Both buildings will enjoy over 25,000 square feet of amenities including yoga and fitness, steam rooms, hobby room, music room, party room, concierge, pet spa and a guest suite. There is also a rooftop amenities area which offers dining, cabanas and barbecues.
